Share special offers with your employees
Most organisations have special offers made available to their employees. These are typically shared by email or, in some cases, by a hard copy magazine sent to all employees.
Groupe Bel has chosen to move this process to Workplace. Its employee committee created a group for the purpose of sharing its special offers with all employees. Every offer is published in the group and employees show their interest by commenting on a given post promoting a limited time offer.
How to do it in your organisation in three easy steps:
- Create an Open, Announcements type group where only admins can post. Feel free to use a ‘Buy & Sell’ type group if that group type fits your needs better
- Have the designated admins post special offers on a regular basis
- Promote your group internally to ensure visibility and consider making this group a group ‘Default’ for maximum reach
