Promote employee mobility using Workplace

Mobility helps provide better opportunities to employees and helps retain valuable talent. Groupe Bel understood this and decided to use Workplace to promote open positions in a dedicated group called Mobility. Groupe Bel even went the extra mile by partnering with Work4 to build a custom integration posting openings automatically to Workplace.

How to do it in your organisation in three easy steps:

  1. Create an Open, Announcements type group dedicated to internal job openings where only admins can post. Give the admin rights to relevant HR representatives
  2. Publish new openings on a regular basis. It is, of course, possible to post job openings automatically by creating a custom integration linking your internal job postings platform to Workplace
  3. Promote the group internally to ensure high visibility of your initiative. It is also possible to make such a group a group “Default” so that all employees are automatically added to it as members
