Decathlon Singapore worked with Formative, a Workplace partner, to develop and launch the Employee Happiness Survey Bot. The bot allowed team members to feedback what they felt or thought by chatting with it on Work Chat. The Formative survey bot and its reporting system provided better insights on each employee’s sentiments at a store/unit level, and leaders can then react quickly to them.

The key features of the Employee Happiness Survey Bot and its reporting system include: 

  • Schedule surveys anytime: Set up surveys to be sent anytime to selected individuals, Workplace groups, or everyone in the organisation
  • Reminders and Notifications: The bot sends automatic notifications and reminders to participants asking them to complete the survey
  • Admin control and Analytics: Gain insights with detailed survey reports and bot usage analytics
