Automate HR query management in multiple languages using Workplace chat bot

Coca-Cola beverages Vietnam used to get numerous employee queries within the organisation ranging from leave status, medical insurance, payroll etc. everyday. They wanted to implement a query management system for this but were unable to find anything which would be effective as well as interactive for employees to use.

They deployed Leena AI chat bot solution in Coca-Cola’s Workplace by Facebook which interacts with employees in Vietnamese and English. With this the HR reduced and automated the vast number of queries which they were getting on a daily basis. The bot was integrated with their SuccessFactors and in-house Time & Attendance system to provide real-time data to employees on their HR services queries. The team is now planning to implement other modules, e.g., Learning & Development, Training, Onboarding, Pulse Surveys in the next phase.
